The view over the city was very good. The food in the restaurant was very very good. Wish I could say the same of the service.
The toilet was broken. The lights did not work. The hotel is not very well maintained. The lady at the reception was the only one that spoke english. All the other Personel only spoke spanish. Breakfast we had to skip as they served it way too late. When we left at 6 in the morning there was no one at the reception. A strange thing was having to pay the bill when we arrived because they would not have time for us in the morning. All in all a place where we crashed to sleep, but I would not recommend it for a longer stay.

Clean and comfortable enouch rooms. Sounds could be heard quite clearly from the other rooms and hallways. Otherwise very well. From a little distance from San Sebastian center.

The hotel was comfy and the location was exceptionally nice near to a nature reserve about 3kms from city centre, local restaurants in downtown and the crossroads of highways. The room was well presented and cheap where heaters work and the staff outstandingly accommodating.

This was a good base to explore San Sebastian and the surrounding countryside. We caught a local bus into the town centre and found this to be very quick, cheap and easy. The staff spoke very good english and were very helpful. Loved the location next to a nature reserve.
We found our room to be very small with no space to leave our suitcase out. The directions we received weren't very comprehensive and it took us a little time to find the hotel.

In the woods, quiet, and fresh air. Large clean rooms, I had a nice sleep at this hotel.
You need a car for this hotel. No easy access to public transportation, and whatever service there is (that is not even near the hotel) it stops running around 9:30 at night, so if you wanna stay out in town longer you will need to figure a 10 Euro taxi ride back to the hotel.

Near the highway but not noisy.
Mold in the room around the bed and in the shower, filthy smell. We complained and got a new room which had mold in the shower too, but not around the bed. Short beds for Dutch people.

The room was smelling bad, as if it was not used for a long time. There was a lot of dust in the floor.
